Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
Incorrect pricing may at times be displayed due to typographic errors or sudden price rises, in such events where the actual price is more than that displayed, we will contact you to let you know. We reserve the right not to sell the item at the erroneous price.
Shipping And Handling
We use the most cost effective form of shipping possible. However, because of the varying rates of carriers, it is impossible to give an accurate price. Rest assured we will keep the cost of shipping to an absolute minimum. Please contact us for accurate rates. You will be informed of actual shipping costs when you place an order. For your peace of mind, all items require a signature on delivery and are subject to a detailed tracking system.
When goods are delivered, check that the packaging is in good order with no signs of damage, damp or any other obvious signs of careless handling. If you feel that the goods have been damaged in transit, your MUST sign to that effect.
Delivery Schedule
If we receive your order before 14.30 and the item is in stock, we will dispatch it the same working day, otherwise it will leave the following working day. We send all orders for following working day delivery within mainland Britain. Off shore destinations take longer. Please contact us for further details. However, we cannot be held responsible for any delays by our carriers. International order delivery schedules depend on destination. Please contact us for further details.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. If our suppliers have the item in stock, we will generally recive it the following working day. If, for any reason, we cannot obtain any part of your order within a reasonable time frame, you will kept informed by e-mail.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. Any damage in transit must be taken up directly with the carriers. All of our products are covered by manufacturer's warranty where the goods are defective and have not been put to unreasonable or extreme use. We accept no responsibility whatsoever for any consequential loss, damage or injury howsoever caused.
